Blake's vocab & favorite games

Dada= Dad
Ma= Mom
Ou= Ouch
Hi= Hi
Lala= Leila
uh oh= anytime somebody drops something on the floor, including things he drops himself.


Blake loves anything that has to do with fur, hair, yarn, wool, suede, etc. Anything soft like that gives him comfort. He likes to touch it and suck his thumb. His fave game right now is to walk around carrying something pretty much bigger than him. Like a baseball bat or a teddy bear as big as him or pots, and pans. whatever he can get his hands on. He loves to play up, up in the air with us. And to be carried upside down. Whenever he sees or hears an airplane he points to the sky. He has also discovered that the Park is a very fun place and the slides are amongst his favorites. Every time he sees a stranger he says (hi) & waves bye bye at them or at any car driving by. Whenever he sees any type of animal or insect(spiders, ants, birds, dogs) he points at it and says aaaaaaaaaaw. He loves to be tickled and to take his socks off. I'm glad to know that we have an animal lover and quite an adventurous boy in our fam.

Blake loves to play with tools. He enjoys helping Dad do auto work. I love to see my boys spend some quality time together and develop new skills hahaha. I love them both!

Blake's first steps

Blake took his first steps on April 8th and I finally got it on camera today. This time we had to use his fave cookie. White chocolate macadamia nut. He will run if he has to for a cookie. I found out that treats not only work for doggies but for people too.
